Family Heirlooms, collectibles, artwork and knick-knacks over $200
These items may be expensive or hold high sentimental value. Please notify the cleaning team of any such items before the cleaning services. We will not clean items that we deem to be in this category. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any items that fall in this category.
Hats, plants, and teddy bear collections
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC does not clean hats, plants, and teddy bear collections.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for any damage to surfaces, items, or areas that were already damaged, defective, or in poor condition before our cleaning service. We are not liable for normal wear and tear. We encourage clients to notify us of any pre-existing issues to ensure appropriate care is taken.
Carpet and Rug snags
Carpet snags due to exposed loops can be snagged by a vacuum. We do our best to prevent rug and carpet snags, but we will not be held liable to any damage caused by snags.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for any damage to electronic devices, appliances, or equipment that may occur during the cleaning process, including but not limited to computers, televisions, or kitchen appliances.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the handling, cleaning, or removal of hazardous materials, including but not limited to broken glass, sharp objects, or toxic substances. Clients are responsible for securing such items before our team's arrival.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for the care, control, or behavior of pets on the premises during the cleaning service. It is the client's responsibility to secure or remove pets to ensure the safety of both our team and the animals.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for any disruption or malfunction of security systems, alarms, or surveillance equipment during the cleaning service. Clients are responsible for deactivating or adjusting such systems as needed.
Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from unfinished construction or hazardous conditions in areas of the property not disclosed or known to us during the initial assessment.
Clients are expected to communicate any specific concerns, valuable items, or potential hazards before the cleaning service. Failure to do so may affect our ability to take necessary precautions.
Clearing and handling substantial stacks of paperwork and miscellaneous items demands time and may hinder cleaners from reaching surfaces. Neglected clutter on the floor will remain untouched and undusted. Kindly gather toys, books, and clothing throughout the house prior to the cleaning service. Please minimize items on countertops whenever possible.
Our cleaners may use a two-step stool and a dusting extension pole to reach elevated areas. Our cleaners will not attempt to dust objects that are hung loosely, is at a high risk of falling, or that cannot be secured while dusting.
Our cleaners will try to remove stains. However, some stains may be impossible to remove or require several cleaning sessions to be removed. Sometimes, attempting to remove stains can cause greater damage to the surface, so our cleaners will avoid removing stains if they notice that it can harm the surface.
Customers should be aware that there are some inherent risks each time your blinds are cleaned. Blinds will become brittle from daily exposure to the sun, and strings/chords will weaken over time resulting in breaks. For this reason, Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC cannot be held liable for blinds potentially breaking during cleaning. If you do not wish for blinds to be dusted, please let us know before the cleaning service begins.
You are responsible for informing Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC of potential hazards in the home. Should Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC deem hazards a risk to health and safety, services may be subject to cancellation. If no notice is given by the Customer, any cancellation may be subject to Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC late cancellation fee.
Serene Breeze Cleaning is not equipped to handle cleaning blood, bodily fluids, litter, feces, training pads, vomit, mold and other biohazard substances. Therefore, we cannot clean bio-hazards substances. We also do not perform cleaning that involves any type of bug infestation including but not limited to: fleas, cockroaches, termites, bedbugs.
Furniture heavier than 20 lbs will not be moved. If accessible, it will be dusted underneath. Exceptions may apply if the service is for a move in/out or deep clean.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect both parties involved. By engaging in our housecleaning services, clients acknowledge and accept these liability limitations. Serene Breeze Cleaning LLC remains committed to delivering quality services and open communication to address any concerns or queries.
